Notification of business legal structure and details changes

On June 27, 2016 during the extraordinary general shareholders meeting of Public Joint Stock Company Scientific Industrial Enterprise Neftehim (hereinafter - PJSC SIE Neftehim) the decision was made to reorganize PJSC SIE Neftehim (OGRN 1022301425618, INN 2309011682) by transformation into Limited Liability Company Scientific Industrial Enterprise Neftehim.

On October 26, 2016, the tax authority made a record in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on PJSC SIE Neftehim termination with simultaneous registration of the newly formed Limited Liability Company Scientific Industrial Enterprise Neftehim as a result of  transformation.

Hereby Limited Liability Company Scientific Industrial Enterprise Neftehim (SIE Neftehim, LLC) announces that in accordance with the existing Russian legislation it is a universal (full) legal successor of PJSC SIE Neftehim with regard to all rights and obligations, including all concluded contracts. The main kinds of SIE Neftehim, LLC activity remained unchanged.
