23 February 2015 - Guaranteed Performances of Pentane-Hexane Fraction Isomerization Unit Isomalk-2 were achieved at JSC Orsknefteorgsintez

Pentane-hexane fraction isomerization unit of 300 KTA was designed and constructed at JSC Orsknefteorgsintez according to Isomalk-2 technology under feed deisopentanization, normal pentane and low-branched hexanes recycle scheme.

On February 23, 2015 the feed was supplied to the unit and the new unit commissioning was started under control of PJSC SIE Neftehim’s specialists.

Test run of the unit was carried out from 26 till 28 February, 2015. During this test-run guaranteed process performances were achieved. Test-run parameters and achieved results are indicated in Test run certificate.

The unit produces isocomponent with 91.5-92.0 RON (guaranteed RON is no less than 91.0). The unit yield is 98.7-99.1 wt.% (guaranteed yield is no less than 97 wt.%).
